The new company, as yet unnamed, will be headquartered in New York's Silicon Alley District. "Like the strategy of mining supply stores in the days of the California Gold Rush, this new company will be the general store that sells essential supplies to Internet prospectors," says Mr. Taylor who will be the company CEO. "This company will be the technology middleman and marketing muscle that connects suppliers of intellectual property such as stock photography, footage, stories, sounds and animations - the content - with commercial users world-wide via our unique Internet portal exchange." This portal will be a business-to-business enterprise that will derive its revenue from commissions charged: 1) for directly supplying and licensing content for Internet use, 2) for facilitating the licensing of content of affiliated suppliers for print publications, 3) from mark-ups on the sale of industry-specific merchandise and 4) from sponsorship revenue for hosting advertising at its more than 28 wholly-owned web sites and other affiliated sites. The new company controls several unique domain names, proprietary marketing tools, automated workflow procedures and a content search process with a patent pending. Mr. Taylor is currently seeking capital investment, a strong management team and affiliated suppliers and sellers with the intent of launching the first product line within 60 days.
