Randy
Talyor, CEO
Randy

Officer concentrating on creating new product
ideas, opening new markets and steering the company
towards the vision outlined herein.
Prior to July 1999 when he decided to devote his
full attention to launching Stock Media, Randy
Taylor was Vice President of Liaison Agency, a
Getty Images company with 74 employees and $9
million annual sales. Previously, Mr. Taylor was
Vice President of International Color Stock, Inc.
(ICS) and President of International News Service,
Inc. (INS), two companies he co-founded in 1987.
Both companies licensed the founders personal
advertising and editorial photography. During this
time, Mr. Taylor established a foreign network of
affiliated stock agents to market the ICS content
that accounted for 70% of sales.

why. Through this work, Mr. Taylor has a personal
relationship with many stock agents, which he will
utilize to create initial supply for Stock
Media.
For ICS and INS, Mr. Taylor created computerized
accounting, image tracking, and database and
marketing systems. He created CD-ROM and online
marketing tools, programmed automated office
procedures, personally created content for
licensing and oversaw a creative staff of up to six
part-time employees. ICS was the first stock agency
to offer model-released stock photos for
advertising use via an online network. In each
venture, including Liaison, ICS and INS,
profitability has been a core objective.
From 1976 to 1987, Mr. Taylor was a contract
photographer for the Associated Press,
LAgence Sygma (now Corbis-Sygma) and Black
Star Publishing. During that time, 50 to 100 of his
photos were published every month in newspapers and
magazines worldwide. Mr. Taylor has traveled to
over 50 countries and has competency in English,
