Keywording Freeware Now Available At

NEW YORK, NY - July 17, 2000 - StockAgencies.com announced today at MacWorld Expo the online availability of Keyword Creator™, a freeware to facilitate the selection of words or metadata to be associated with photos, video and music for searching and finding that content in a database.
Keyword Creator™ enables the user to select words from conceptual categories in one of six languages, then automatically translates the chosen words into five other languages so that content can be searched by international users. Languages supported in version 1.0 are English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
"The keywording process is a major obstacle to preparing content for online searches," says Evan Frohlich, lead designer for the pro bono project. "Our goal is to create a global, open source standard that will expand and evolve with user participation."
The Keyword Creator™ template can be downloaded for free, in MacIntosh and Windows format, from www.stockagencies.com.
